Models and BYOK
Pick chat, image, and task models, or bring a Vertex, Azure, or Bedrock key.
Open Settings → Agent settings. Admins and owners edit models. Owners also control organization memory.
Models
Set:
- Chat model
- Reasoning level: Low, Medium, High
- Image model
- Task model (scheduler and similar background work)
- Web search toggle
These are model choices, not credentials.
Bring your own key
Under Bring your own key, pick one provider and click Verify and save:
- Vertex AI (service account, project, location)
- Azure OpenAI (API key, resource name)
- Amazon Bedrock (access key pair, region)
An org holds at most one inference credential. After it is saved, selectable models are limited to what that provider serves. Token spend lands on that cloud invoice.
If the credential fails a call, Stedia falls back to platform inference.
Web search and image generation always run on Stedia, even with BYOK.
Other agent settings
Organization profile is standing notes injected into every conversation. Admins and owners edit it.
Organization memory is an owner toggle. See Memory.
